Each item is described carefully, so please read descriptions for dimensions, sizes, usage and care instructions etc.

 

All mud pieces are made by hand so the dimensions can vary from batch to batch. 

 

Because all of my mud & ink pieces are a one of kind, produced by hand, or otherwise unique and may not make another piece exactly the same, I do not accept returns or exchanges. 

 

All sales are final. 

 

Please thoroughly read the product details and FAQ page before making your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me and I will try my best to accommodate. If you received a damaged item due to shipping, please contact me within 2 days of receipt with a photo to arrange for a replacement.

Original illustrations that arrive damaged will have to be returned and can not be reproduced to its exact state, but will communicate to recreate as closely as possible if that is what we agree upon.

Please hold on to the piece until the postal insurance is processed. 

 

Shipping and return shipping costs are always non-refundable.
